01 What is Fiv3Devs?
Fiv3Devs is a FiveM MLO studio founded in Italy in 2021, officially recognized as Tebex Legends since 2025. We design, model, script, and texture every MLO in-house. Checkout runs through our Tebex store; this website is the catalog, documentation, and support hub.
02 What is a FiveM MLO?
A Map Load Object (MLO) is a custom interior added to GTA V through the FiveM modification. Unlike a YMAP (which places props in the world), an MLO is a fully-sealed interior with its own collision mesh, navmesh, portals, and streaming logic — meaning AI pathing, weapons, vehicles, and lighting all behave correctly inside. For serious roleplay, MLOs are essential.
03 Are your maps compatible with ESX and QBCore?
Yes. Every release ships as a standalone FiveM resource, with optional bridge configs for ESX Legacy and QBCore. Target zones use ox_target or qb-target when available, with a raycast fallback otherwise. Most releases also work on QBox without modification.
04 How do I buy and install an MLO?
Checkout runs through our Tebex storefront, which signs you in with your CFX.RE account. After purchase, the download lives in your CFX portal at portal.cfx.re — not on Tebex itself. Drop the folder into your server's resources directory, add the ensure line to server.cfg, restart, and you're live. Each product page on this site has the exact install snippet and resource name.
05 Do I get updates and support after purchase?
Yes. Verified buyers get a role in our Discord and can open tickets answered by our developers and by our AI assistant, Fiv3Devs Support. Our Discord also includes self-fix commands for common issues and published compatibility patches for popular community resources. Each product page carries a dated, public changelog so you always know what version you're on.
06 Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, but we replace any file that fails to install and we actively work with buyers to resolve compatibility issues. Full policy is linked in the footer.
