These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at [fiv3devs.com](/) operated by Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese ("Fiv3Devs", "we", "our"). By accessing the site you agree to these terms. For the terms governing a specific purchase, refer also to the Tebex Store Policy presented at checkout on [our Tebex storefront](https://fiv3devs.tebex.io), which governs the commercial transaction itself. ## 1. Who we are Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese is a software studio based in Italy, designing and distributing premium FiveM map load objects (MLOs), scripts, and related digital assets. All products sold under the Fiv3Devs brand are modeled and built in-house and delivered through third-party platforms (Tebex for checkout, CFX's Keymaster for delivery and licensing). ## 2. Scope of the website This website is an informational catalog and documentation hub. Purchases are **not processed on this website** — they are processed on the Tebex storefront linked from every product page. Digital asset downloads are delivered through your CFX Keymaster portal at [portal.cfx.re](https://portal.cfx.re). ## 3. Intellectual property All 3D models, textures, scripts, documentation, logos, and artwork on this website and in our products are the intellectual property of Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese, protected under applicable copyright and related rights. Except where a product page or its accompanying README grants a specific customization right, you may not: - redistribute, resell, or sublicense our assets - reverse-engineer, decrypt, or circumvent the Tebex Escrow encryption protecting our files - use our assets on servers outside the scope of the license granted on Tebex Resale of any asset — whole or in part — is a violation of these terms and may result in licence revocation without refund. ## 4. Licence to use our products Each purchase grants a **per-server licence** of the purchased asset, usable on the CFX Keymaster account that made the purchase, for FiveM roleplay servers operated by that account. The same licence covers a production server and its associated staging/development instance at no extra cost. A separate community requires a separate licence. If you operate a **rented server key** that is registered to a third-party's Keymaster account, you are **not** the server owner for licensing purposes, and the asset will fail to authenticate. In that case you must either (a) use a Keymaster transfer procedure before installation, or (b) purchase the asset from an account that owns the server key. ## 5. Support Post-purchase support is provided through our Discord at [https://discord.gg/fiv3devs](https://discord.gg/fiv3devs) and is restricted to verified buyers. Support covers installation help, configuration, and bug reports for assets purchased from our official Tebex storefront. Tickets are answered by the developers who ship the products and by our AI assistant, Fiv3Devs Support. We do not guarantee a response time. ## 6. Updates and compatibility We verify every release against the current FiveM artifact before shipping and provide maintenance patches when a new artifact introduces breaking changes. Lifetime updates are included in the purchase price. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party resources, and we may publish compatibility patches at our discretion. FiveM Enhanced is not supported at this time. ## 7. No warranty, limitation of liability Our products are delivered "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website or our assets. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. ## 8. Third-party services We rely on third-party platforms for commerce, delivery, and licence enforcement: - **[Tebex](https://www.tebex.io)** handles checkout, invoicing, and VAT. Their terms apply at purchase. - **[CFX / Keymaster](https://portal.cfx.re)** handles download delivery and licence enforcement. Their terms apply to asset delivery. Issues with payment, invoicing, or checkout must be addressed to Tebex support. Issues with account access, licence keys, or asset grants must be addressed to CFX support. ## 9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ## 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of Italy. ## 11.
